CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosbƶck delivered another great performance at the 2025 Triton Poker Series Jeju, where he narrowly missed his fourth Triton title.
Competing against the worldās best players in Event #7, a $150,000 buy-in NLH 8-Handed. The tournament attracted 114 entries, generating a massive prize pool of $17,100,000 with a staggering $4,107,000 up top.
Mosbƶck came to the final table in 6th place but managed to chip up soon, and he made it all the way to heads-up play against Kayhan Mokri.
Before the start of the heads-up, Mokri and Mosbƶck made a deal, securing Kayhan $3,705,059 and Mario a staggering $3,067,941, while they left $130k to play for.
Kayhan had a sizable 4-to-1 chip lead to start with, but Mario gave him a good fight and managed to close the gap a bit. In the final hand, Mosbƶck got it in slightly ahead with Kā„3ā£ against 10ā„9ā„, but two nines on the flop and a Queen on the turn sealed the deal.
This fantastic result adds to Mosbƶckās impressive Triton track record, now boasting $15,714,923 in Triton winnings and further solidifying his status as one of the top tournament players.
