CoinPoker Newsletter: March Records & Recap, New Rewards, Plus Latest CGWC Results
The CoinPoker Newsletter is back.
Random
It’s a new era for CoinPoker. Last month, we launched a new client, packed the lobby with fresh games, and ran one of the biggest promos in online poker history.
Our foot is still on the gas. The software keeps improving, and we’re still adding new rewards.
In this Newsletter, we’ll cover recent changes, the ongoing Heads-Up Cash Game World Championship, new CoinMasters leaders, and your CoinRewards program.
🗓️ The March Recap:
100% Rakeback, New CoinPoker Software, New Records Broken
In March, we broke new ground (in two ways).

Firstly, CoinPoker moved to a brand-spanking-new platform.
The difference was night and day. On March 2, players logged in and found vibrant table designs, an integrated heads-up display, PokerIntel for tracking performance, and a long, long list of other poker features.
The day after our new software launched, we saw over 8,000 players at the cash game tables. We added PLO6 and All In or Fold, then Short Deck a little later in April.

Secondly, we activated 100% Rakeback, one of the world’s best-ever poker promotions.
For an entire month, we handed every cent of poker fees directly back to players. The goal? Allow everyone to test the software we are so proud of, without any cost.
In cash games alone, this brought a record-breaking 31,000 unique players, who played a total of 22,332,935 hands in March.
🔥 March’s Biggest Tournament Scores
March was also a massive month for the tournament poker crowd. We let our lobby warm up over the first few days, then ramped up quickly.
We awarded $21,343,288 in tournament prize pools, enough to pay for about 70 Lamborghini Urus SUVs.
Almost 40,000 players competed for those prizes, making over 1.3 million entries in different events, from daily tournaments to CoinMasters.
Here are the three biggest tournament wins in March:
🥇
noscams
noscams hit the month’s biggest tournament score with $72,440 from the $5,200 Nemesis.
🥈
FutureOfBroke
FutureOfBroke pocketed an impressive $63,686 for their $5,200 Nemesis first place finish.
🥉
DeathByFOMO
DeathByFOMO had the third-highest score, with $52,572 for second place in the Nemesis.

🚀 Ongoing App Improvements
March was a big step forward for the app, but we didn’t rest.
Since launch, we’ve worked constantly to improve stability, boost security, and tighten up the entire CoinPoker experience.
Stability & Crash Fixes
We’ve fixed crash issues and put a lot of work into improving stability. The games now run smoother than ever before, with less draw on device performance.
Security Reinforcements
We reinforced security across the site, fixing bugs and vulnerabilities on the client and backend. Weak spots were cleaned up to make everything ultra-secure.
PKO Tournament Support
Progressive Knockout tournaments are now fully supported, with bounties paid instantly. Every elimination now hits straight away, keeping the action and rewards moving fast.
Cash Game Show Tables
We added a new cash game variant where players automatically show their hole cards at showdown. There’s no hiding, no guessing after the showdown, and an entirely new dynamic.
Core Game Improvements
Key PLO cash game issues around pot sizing and antes were fixed, making the Omaha gameplay accurate and consistent amidst the action.
Cleaner Tables & Faster Navigation
Our table layout, in-game action indicators, and hand histories were vastly improved. Everything is now cleaner and more intuitive.
🔒 Security & Transparency
Security is a priority, and when the community speaks, they have our full attention.
A potential issue flagged by a player in March was investigated immediately, resolved, and independently reviewed, with no risk to funds or data.
Once again, we thank WolfSec0x0 for dedicating their time to making online poker as safe as possible. CoinPoker will also support reports like this, no matter the issue’s size.
